If you are not satisfied with your item(s) because of defects, you may return the item and receive store credit, subject to the following: Returns must be done within 7 days of receipt of purchase item(s) Item(s) must be unworn and unused Item(s) must be returned in the original PERSISTENCE packaging good condition You will need to send back the item to us. A store credit will be issued to you once the returned items have been verified to meet the above conditions.

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON SALE ITEMS

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet above requirements. Refunds will be issued Excluding the original shipping and return label cost. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping cost.

ARE RETURNS FREE?

The shipping cost incurred for returning item(s)to PERSISTENCE for a refund are not covered nor reimbursed by us.

DO I NEED TO RETURN THE WHOLE SET OF ACTIVEWEAR?

The full set of activewear must be returned (top and bottom). We cannot issue refunds for a partial of a top or bottom.

EXCHANGES

We accept exchange of items to different sizes Exchange is only allowed if an item is defective (torn) or the wrong order is received. Please take note that exchanges are inspected upon receipt and will only be made once customer has mailed back the item(s) in good condition I.e. merchandise is unworn and unaltered Items with fragrances ,snags, rips, make-up, stains, odours ,( i. e cigarette smoke)or other damages will result in the item returned to you.

Only regular priced items may be exchange , sale items cannot exchanged. Thereafter, drop an email to sales@persistence.com.my to inform us of your exchange (size desired)

HOW DO I ORGANISE A RETURN?

To initiate a return, simply email us at sales@persistence.com.my using the email address used to order our item (S) prior to returning your item(s). Pictures of the defected/wrongly delivered items should be shared with PERSISTENCE within 2 days of receiving the goods via email sales@persistence.com.my or FACEBOOK MESSENGER In such case , please contact us at sales@persistence.com.my and we will exchange the item or arrange a refund.

(PLEASE NOTE that we are unable to refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, other than for faulty items. We are also unable to refund postage costs.) ONCE the items are returned to our warehouse, you will receive your refund (item price excluding original shipping cost). PERSISTENCE will not be held liable for the loss of items being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods and keeping a record of a tracking detail.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY REFUND TO BE PROGRESSED?

All issues relating to dissatisfaction on our Customerā€™s orders will be reviewed by our team. If you are initiating a return, we try our best to reply you as quickly as a possible within 24 hours.

Returns/ Refunds/ Exchanges will be progressed within 7-10 business days of acknowledgement. For Physical Product Refunds, we will process through the same method you used to pay. For Event Refunds, we will provide store credit as a refund.
